You will receive thorough communication from all my services and receive regular picture updates of your lovely horses and their time with me.
When booking with me you will receive an email containing bank info (I use Monzo Business) regarding a deposit (amount to depend on service you are booking with me) and a customer reference to insert in the bank transfer so I know what the deposit is for. Once deposit is received a booking confirmation email will be sent to you 💖 Once my services have been carried out an invoice will be sent to yourself.

Appointment is only fully booked once deposit is received and deposit is then taken off your service total 🩷
Invoices must be paid within a 7 day window from invoice being sent (via email) or a late fee of £5 will be added for every 7 days following.
If you are in no longer need of my services this will need to be a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment or you will be invoiced for the full service - deposits are non-refundable unless I require to cancel your appointment for any reason and deposit amount will be taken off of your service total once invoiced 🩷
